kje clay is a one-woman-ceramics-show.

I draw inspiration from the natural environment as well as being motivated by a daily need for pieces when cooking, tending to my array of plants, arranging blooms or serving a meal for my loved ones.

kje clay is more than just my initials, it was crucial for me to have a brand that reflects who I am today. I’m loved endlessly by my parents who adopted me from South Korea and chose Jee Seon as my middle name. I’m finding as I get older the links to my heritage become more and more important and the link between kje is just the beginning.

I’m a big believer that life’s far too short to wait for a special occasion to drag out the nice dinner plates.
